Qualifications

• Full-stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) with a modern frontend.
• Hands-on agentic development—build AI agents and workflows, not just prompts.
• Practical LLM API integration, including authentication and streaming.
• A delivery of AI features from backend to production front-end.
• Daily use of Claude Code as a primary development tool.
• Prompt engineering as production contracts, not experiments.
• Python proficiency for AI tooling; async patterns a plus.
• Observability and evaluation of agent outputs for correctness.
• Claude Agent SDK experience for building agents and tools.
• Exposure to MCP to connect agents with internal data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows powering Signant Health platforms.
• Integrate LLM APIs into .NET applications with secure auth and streaming.
• Deliver end-to-end AI features from backend integration through frontend UX.
• Instrument agents for observability and auditability in production.
• Apply AI-specific risk controls for a regulated clinical environment.
• Use Claude Code daily to review and steer AI-generated diffs.
