Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Accelerated Development to embed AI into our clinical trial platforms. You will work across the .NET stack, taking AI capabilities from backend LLM integration to a usable frontend, designing agentic workflows rather than just prompting models.

We value hands-on experience with agentic tooling and production AI in regulated environments, with a focus on building real features in one to three years of relevant work.

Qualifications

• Full-stack .NET (C# ASP.NET Core) development experience.
• Hands-on agentic development experience building AI agents/workflows.
• Practical integration of LLM APIs with authentication, streaming & latency tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows for clinical trial platforms.
• Integrate LLM APIs into .NET applications with proper auth and error handling.
• Deliver AI features end-to-end from backend to production-ready frontend.
• Build agents/tools with Claude Agent SDK and custom skills/commands.
• Implement RAG pipelines and vector store integration for data grounding.
