Software Engineer - 12 Months - Inside IR35 - UK - Multi locations to choose (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Unisys Mainframe Software Engineer to join the engineering team on a core banking platform for a leading technology services organisation. You will build and change software on a critical Category A application in a major banking estate. The contract is 12 months, hybrid in the UK with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build software in Unisys Cobol and DMS 1100
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Analyse issues in running software and make the changes needed to resolve them
• Explain the impact of changes on interfacing systems to stakeholders
• Support System Test and Integration Test cycles
