1. Experience with event-driven architecture
2. Experience with asynchronous microservice architecture
3. Develop and maintain C#, .NET Core, and React web applications
4. Modernize existing systems and architecture
5. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and mobile-first, responsive designs
6. Contribute to planning and implementing new features
7. Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovation
8. Ensure software quality through automated testing and CI/CD best practices
9. Experience with Typescript
10. Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
11. Experience with SQL Server, CosmosDB, Redis
