AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited is seeking a C++ software engineer to join the spacecraft simulation team in Stevenage. You will design and develop simulators and test benches that support multiple departments in validating spacecraft functionality.

Due to increased workload, the Simulation & Modelling team are looking for an experienced C++ software engineer to work on spacecraft simulation. This role will be focusing on designing and development of simulators and test benches that enable a wide range of departments to validate and verify spacecraft functionality.
You will be joining a small collaborative team working closely with testers, designers, and architects. While your main focus will be creating software for spacecraft simulation, you’ll be encouraged to consider the whole architecture. This means gathering requirements, keeping testing in mind, and balancing performance, security, reliability, and compliance.
