Job summary

Totum Partners in Leeds is seeking a Software Engineer for a 3-6 month contract to build scalable applications using C# .NET and Microsoft Azure. You will work with an established IT Development team across the full development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has experience with Agile or Scrum, front-end development and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Blazor WebAssembly and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot is a bonus.

Qualifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join a forward-thinking professional services organisation, contributing to the development of modern, scalable applications that support business operations and digital transformation.

Contract: 3-6 months (Possibility to go permanent)

Working within an established IT Development team, you will design, develop and maintain software solutions using C# .NET and Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full development lifecycle, contributing to front-end development, cloud-based solutions, software architecture and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with C# .NET and Azure, a good understanding of modern software development practices and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Front-end development skills, knowledge of DevOps and familiarity with AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot would be advantageous. Experience with Blazor WebAssembly is a bonus, but not essential.
