Job summary

The Tech Recruiter is hiring a Software Engineer for a growing Glasgow-based business. This backend-focused role covers APIs, security integrations, cloud services and customer-facing platforms, with 80% project work and the rest BAU. You’ll build integrations, APIs, authentication and SSO features in a security-focused environment.

The position is hybrid, based in Glasgow 2/3 days per week, with a training budget, private healthcare, EV scheme and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, React, SQL/NoSQL or cyber security.
• Backend/API development experience and secure software practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a security-focused environment.

www.TheTechRecruiter.ai is hiring a Software Engineer for a growing Glasgow based business.

This is a backend-focused full-stack position working across APIs, security integrations, cloud services and customer-facing platforms.

You’ll be building integrations, developing APIs, working on authentication and SSO functionality, improving cloud-based platforms and solving interesting technical problems within a security-focused environment. 80% of the work will be project based with the rest being BAU.

Experience with AWS, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, React, SQL/NoSQL or cyber security is particularly welcome but not essential. What is more important is someone who has a passion for software engineering and continually looking to improve. The role will be office based in Glasgow 2/3 days per week.
