Amazon's International Seller Services (ISS) organization is seeking talented software engineers to join the Tax and Invoicing Experience (TIE) team. We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to solve complex technical problems and collaborate with engineering and business teams worldwide.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead software development projects
    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and set goals

  • Technical Direction:
    • Monitor technology trends and best practices
    • Guide team on design patterns and standards
    • Implement new technologies and tools

    The Tax and Invoicing Experience (TIE) team is responsible for building customer and seller experiences related to invoicing products and legislative compliance. The team is expanding to deliver impactful projects in the MFN space.

    Minimum requirements
    • 7+ years of engineering experience

    • Experience collaborating with product or program management teams
    • Excellent communication skills with users, technical teams, and leadership
    • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams
