Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC, engineering practices, code reviews, build, testing, and live-site operations.
• Experience leading multi-tier web services and engineering teams.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the device certification team ensuring Prime Video quality across millions of devices.
• Oversee operational support of devices; ensure updates don't impact streaming experience.
• Design and support tooling for device manufacturers to install, test and monitor Prime Video performance across install base.
• Transition manual certification and support to automated, AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage career growth and training, enabling transfers from support to software engineering as automation increases.
