Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex systems and APIs across the business unit.
• Operate Tier 1 or business-critical services, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to production incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive code evolution via structured reviews.
• Collaborate with peers to identify cross-dependencies and solve problems.
• Design clean, modular, and maintainable software using sound design principles.
• Test, debug, and resolve production issues within SLAs and design requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies in code or operations and propose actionable improvements.
• Present findings on major initiatives to stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
