Job summary

A prominent training provider is seeking an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship Coach to support apprentices throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 teaching qualification and have experience in coaching, adapting to different working styles and individual apprentice needs. Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This role will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
