Job summary

Une entreprise de formation au Royaume-Uni recherche un coach en développement logiciel pour soutenir et guider les apprentis tout au long de leur parcours. Ce poste nécessite une qualification d'enseignement au moins au niveau 3 et une expérience dans un rôle similaire, axé sur le coaching individuel et l'amélioration des performances des apprentis.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 12 mois en tant que coach ou évaluateur en développement logiciel.
• Qualification pertinente dans l'industrie de préférence.
• Capacité à adapter les méthodes de travail aux besoins individuels.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Ideally you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
