Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Software Developer to join a growing technology business near Lewes. You will own the development, maintenance and improvement of websites, CRM platforms and internal software systems in a collaborative team with direct input from the Director.

The role covers web technologies, database management and some infrastructure tasks, offering broad responsibility and real variety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML/JavaScript and SQL databases.
• Experience with APIs, web apps and database-driven systems.
• Ability to work closely with users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop multiple business websites.
• Develop and enhance internal CRM systems.
• Maintain APIs and integration points between systems.
• Support desktop applications.
• Work with SQL databases and associated reporting.
• Troubleshoot application and website issues.
• Support server and service administration activities.
• Work with end users to identify requirements and improvements.
• Test, deploy and document new functionality.
• Contribute to future technical projects and system improvements.
