Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Software Developer to join a growing Technology team based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days per week in the office, offering the chance to work on a portfolio of 25+ global news and events websites used by millions of people worldwide.

Working within a collaborative development team, you\'ll be involved in building new features, enhancing existing applications, developing third-party integrations and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company\'s Content Management System. You\'ll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support the wider business.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have commercial experience developing web applications using PHP and Laravel, alongside experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL and JavaScript.
• You\'ll be confident using GitHub for version control and Docker as part of your development workflow.
• You\'ll enjoy solving technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and working collaboratively within an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
