We are seeking a frontend developer to work on our digital learning tool, transforming lessons into active, collaborative experiences engaging students on their devices. You will collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, and User Research teams.

• Write production-ready, testable code that is understandable and accounts for edge cases and errors.
• Make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs; work across the codebase with guidance.
• Foster an open, respectful, and empathetic mentorship environment.
• Manage risk, change, and uncertainty effectively within your scope.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
• Work well in a multicultural team environment.
• Understand and implement TDD practices, including writing and maintaining unit tests with frameworks like Jest.
• Propose and explore new ideas to improve processes, products, or develop new features.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Deploy applications to Amazon Web Services.
• Release software using continuous deployment pipelines.
• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years in a senior development role.
• Proficiency in CSS.
• Experience with CI/CD, unit, e2e, and integration testing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Design code aligned with overall service architecture.
• Ability to work independently.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior and intermediate developers.
• Backend services architecture experience is a plus.
• Experience working across time zones is a plus.
