Job Description:

Our client, a leading Medical Device manufacturer, is looking to appoint an experienced and creative Software Developer with ERP System Development experience. In this role, you will work as part of the IT Department to oversee, maintain, and improve the organization's technological infrastructure and resources. This includes developing bespoke software to track and manage operations, validating software solutions, and ensuring integration with our client's NetSuite ERP System.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficient in using APIs to communicate between software platforms, including Microsoft 365, to create bespoke reports, dashboards, and customizations.
• Support and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, and integrate it with other systems to support business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, including training and ensuring high employee satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports following quality management procedures.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, evaluate their potential, and recommend new solutions.
• Provide website support as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Preferred education: ITIL Foundation or higher
• Degree or HND in any subject or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with software validation in regulated environments
• Understanding of quality and regulatory standards in medical devices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strategic thinking abilities
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
