Job Overview

Are you a technologist with a record of academic achievement? You could be progressing your career working on complex and challenging systems at a Hedge Fund managing over $17 billion.

As a Software Developer, you'll collaborate with a team of highly skilled technologists and finance professionals to develop algorithmic trading systems using a modern tech stack, with opportunities for technical ownership from day one.

You will partner with Quant teams to help architect valuation, risk, and pricing systems, delivering scalable, high-performance streaming compute operations. You'll be provided with the latest equipment and learn from industry experts in global finance.

Location & Work Environment

This role is based in London's Soho offices, offering amenities including nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Please note this is a full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday).

Candidate Requirements

• Outstanding academic record, minimum 2.1 in a STEM discipline from a top-tier university (Russel Group or top 100 global universities), with A grades at A-level.
• Advanced C# .Net programming skills, including .Net Core. (Candidates with Java, Python, or C++ backgrounds are also considered if willing to transition to C#.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen, eager to take ownership and lead projects.
• Collaborative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to share ideas effectively.
