Job summary

Zaizi is seeking a Senior Software Developer to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will design, implement and test Golang based systems while leveraging front-end skills in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap and modern DevOps tooling.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, continuous improvement and working in a multi-disciplinary environment. A strong focus on user outcomes and security clearance eligibility to UK work is required.

Qualifications

Experience delivering digital solutions to the GDS standard
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience in product development using observation, experimentation and user research
Experience in multi-disciplinary/DevOps teams including PO/PM, UX designers, researchers, developers, and platform engineers
Experience in continuous improvement with multiple weekly releases

Essential skills:

Ways of working

Demonstrable experience working on Agile environments

Knowledge of NCSC’s 14 cloud security principles.

SC Clearance:

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Interview Process:

1st stage:

Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team

2nd stage:

Technical interview, this stage evaluates your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities, especially if you're applying for a technical role.

Final Stage:

10-15 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
