Job summary

Almac Central Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and evolve platforms that power our business. You will own end-to-end delivery, turning complex requirements into robust software, while shaping standards, architecture, and security for scalable systems.

You will work across the stack with engineers, infrastructure and data specialists, making pragmatic technical decisions that ship value quickly without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring, SQL, Angular or React.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions.
• Ensure architectural alignment, scalability, and high availability.
• Review code and designs for quality and compliance.
