Software Delivery Manager (Data Analytics) London / WFH to £70k

Are you a data-savvy Software Delivery Manager with excellent communication skills and a focus on product delivery?

You could be progressing your career at a successful and growing Cyber Security Risk Management tech company that specializes in solutions for SMEs, working on complex and innovative systems at the forefront of technology. The company is scaling and experiencing great success.

As a Software Delivery Manager, you will lead a small team of Data Analysts, ensuring the efficient delivery of the company's Data and Reporting services to clients, internal stakeholders, and customer-facing teams. Your responsibilities include managing and prioritizing projects and tasks, clarifying incoming requests, communicating changing priorities, adjusting schedules, and removing blockers. You will oversee the team's Kanban and backlog using JIRA and ensure up-to-date documentation via Confluence.

Location / WFH:

There is a hybrid work-from-home policy requiring three days in the London office per week.

About you:

• You have experience in a software delivery or management-focused role
• You have a background in Data Analytics
• You have previous people management experience
• You possess strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• You have a solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies
• You have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is preferred
