Job summary
Actemium Automation Huddersfield, part of VINCI Energies, is seeking a capable Software Controls Engineer to join our automation team. You will work on design, development, and commissioning of control systems for industrial automation projects across manufacturing and process sectors.
This hands-on role offers progression into project leadership. You will develop, configure and commission PLC, HMI/SCADA and related automation software solutions to meet client requirements for safety,
Qualifications
- Design, develop and test PLC control logic for Mitsubishi and Schneider Electric platforms.
- Develop HMI/SCADA applications and visualisation (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition or equivalent).
- Perform FAT/SAT, commissioning and on-site support for automated systems.
