Overview

Working for one of the largest and most successful FM companies in the world, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager or Soft FM Assistant Manager seeking to advance their career in facilities management.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the delivery of soft facilities services in a state-of-the-art commercial building in Central London.
  2. Maintain excellent relationships with the on-site client.
  3. Take full responsibility for budget control, compliance, health and safety.
  4. Oversee the efficient completion of planned and reactive tasks by soft services teams and maintenance contractors.
  5. Ensure service level agreements and other soft services and facilities management duties are met.
Requirements
  • Experience in soft FM building services management.
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of hard services facilities management.
  • Experience maintaining corporate client relationships.
  • Experience managing FM staff.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety and budget control.
  • Located in or near Central London.
