Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Soft Play Team Member for its Hungry Horse pubs. You’ll maintain the soft play area, promote a safe and welcoming atmosphere for families, and assist parents.

You’ll join a fun, inclusive team with opportunities to grow your skills and career within the group. Key responsibilities include creating a memorable customer experience, handling enquiries warmly, keeping areas tidy, ensuring safety, and helping coordinate children’s birthday parties.

• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner.
• Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times and ensure that the reception area is tidy and ready for service at all times.
• Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every customer leaves wanting to return.
• Help coordinate and run children’s Birthday parties.

Job description

As a Soft Play Team Member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
