Job summary

Greene King is seeking a friendly Soft Play Team Member to maintain a high standard of play for children while keeping a safe, inviting atmosphere. You will supervise the soft play area and assist parents with needs, with a focus on delivering a warm welcome and memorable visits.

Joining a fun, inclusive team, you’ll help coordinate birthday parties, keep the reception area tidy, and support a positive, can-do culture. The role offers development across our well-known brands with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
