Job summary

Landstruction seeks an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our team on commercial and large-scale projects across the Northwest. You will help deliver high-quality soft landscaping, including turfing, planting and site finishing, as part of an award-winning company.

The role is site-based in Chorley with full-time, permanent contract. CSCS card and a Full UK Driving Licence are required, with a supportive team and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is required.
• Experience in landscaping or soft landscaping.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard.
• Deliver consistently high‑quality workmanship with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and ISO9001/ISO14001 standards.

We are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be part of a team delivering high-quality soft landscaping including turfing, planting, and site finishing.

You will be working with an award-winning landscaping company delivering high-end landscaping projects.

• Landscaping Operative Responsibilities*

As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you will be part of a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects.

• Carry out hands‑on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard. * Deliver consistently high‑quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working and supporting productivity on site. * Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
