Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Soft FM Supervisor at Leuchars Station, Fife. The role involves supervising cleaning teams, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety procedures are followed on site. You will support peak workloads and provide guidance to staff, while upholding high service standards.

The position offers 35 hours per week, a Monday–Friday pattern, and £13.75 per hour. On-site parking, uniform, meals, and pension are included. Applicants must have UK work eligibility and pass vetting.

• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the cleaning team during high demand periods, holidays, and peak workloads.
• Conduct waste management checks and coordinate with site contractors.
• Manage stores operations, issuing and controlling materials and equipment.
• Carry out routine health & safety inspections.
• Escort contractors on site and ensure compliance with site rules and safety procedures.
• Deliver staff training and provide guidance as needed.
• Conduct cleaning assurance checks and audits.
• Manage cleaning equipment and COSHH materials.

We are currently recruiting for a Soft FM Supervisor to join our team at Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a busy and dynamic site.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the cleaning team during periods of high demand, including holiday cover, sickness absence, and peak workloads
• Conducting waste management checks and coordinating with site contractors
• Managing stores operations, including issuing and controlling materials and equipment
• Carrying out routine health & safety inspections
• Escorting contractors on site and ensuring compliance with site rules and safety procedures
• Delivering staff training and guidance where required
• Conducting cleaning assurance checks and audits
• Managing the issue and control of cleaning equipment and COSHH materials
• Supporting compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and operational requirements

Qualifications

Additional Information

• Applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK
• Successful candidates will be required to pass security vetting and DBS checks prior to commencing employment
