About the Role:

The Victory Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sociology Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to ensure student progress and utilizing effective resources to achieve high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, implement, and deliver a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for KS4 & KS5 students.
  2. Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
  3. Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that enables students to achieve their potential.
  4. Contribute to raising standards of student progress and attainment.
  5. Integrate the Thinking Schools ethos into all aspects of school life to develop students as thinkers.

We welcome applications from ECTs and qualified teachers. This role can be considered on a part-time basis; actual hours will be discussed at interview.
