Job Description:

An exciting job role has recently become available at the Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Community Team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess Needs: Evaluate the needs of individuals, families, or communities to identify necessary resources and services.
• Create Care Plans: Develop care plans to address clients’ needs and goals.

• Follow-Up: Ensure clients’ needs are met and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
