Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Community
Location: Wirral
Rate: £33 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adult Community Team based in Wirral.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct assessments, support plans, risk assessments, reviews, and court reports using IT systems. You will work with vulnerable adults with complex needs, as well as their families and carers. You will research and apply new guidance and procedures to inform decision-making and best practices. You will use the Assessment Framework and other relevant tools to support assessments. You will apply a strengths-based approach to assessments and an outcome-focused approach to support planning. You will demonstrate expertise in statutory work, including assessment, planning, safeguarding, and court proceedings.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
