We are recruiting for a Social Worker in our Assessment Team covering Warwick on a full-time/permanent basis. The Family Help team is based at Myton Park, Warwick.
The Assessment role involves short-term intervention, undertaking 10-day assessments, and progressing children’s care plans to closure or to the first Child in Need Plan, Initial Child Protection Conference, or All About Me Review for a Child in Care. The Family Help role supports families beyond the assessment period, under the auspice of Child in Need, Child Protection, or targeted Early Support, with a view to passing back to community Early Help Support.
