Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking a Social Worker specializing in Targeted Early Help in Barnsley. You will assess needs, develop tailored intervention plans, and work with children, families and professionals to safeguard and promote well-being.

You will deliver targeted support, engage families, and collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure holistic service delivery, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or recognised equivalent.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience with children and families, especially in early intervention.
• Knowledge of current social work legislation and guidelines.
