We are looking for someone with experience in children's safeguarding, Access and Intervention, and/or hospital discharge. The workload will involve cases across children and adults, including safeguarding, court experience, and adult work. Support for transitioning from children to adults will be provided, and case loads will be managed. Willingness to work across areas of expertise and learn new service areas is essential. Extensive training will be provided.
