Grade 7/8: £42,324 - £51,522 per annum, with an additional annual Market Supplement (MS) of £4,000 (subject to final confirmation).

We seek dedicated social care practitioners eager to advocate for children, promote their well-being, and embrace the challenges of working in a local authority working to improve standards.
We offer development opportunities through our Social Care Academy, Systemic offer, and 10 days of learning per year. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where staff can thrive and excel.
You will contribute to delivering effective children’s social care, managing caseloads based on experience and case complexity, conducting needs and risk assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations.
