Job Title: Social Worker – Safeguarding Team
Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Safeguarding Team based in Northamptonshire.
As an Adult Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults within our community. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and other professionals to promote independence, well-being, and social inclusion. Your compassionate approach and strong assessment skills will contribute to positive outcomes for those you serve.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
Assessments and Support Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs, considering physical, emotional, and social factors.
- Develop personalised support plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with health professionals, care providers, and community resources to coordinate services.
Safeguarding and Risk Management:
- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Assess risks related to vulnerable adults and implement appropriate interventions.
- Work within legal frameworks to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
Direct Work with Clients:
- Provide emotional support, counselling, and advocacy.
- Assist clients in accessing relevant services, benefits, and housing.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops to enhance social skills and resilience.
Collaboration and Multi-Agency Working:
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, housing officers, police, and other agencies.
- Attend case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the wider system.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Complete assessments, care plans, and reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
