Hampshire County Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Physical Disabilities Team. You will work in a hybrid setup at Havant Plaza or Totton Hub, handling assessments, safeguarding and complex caseloads with an emphasis on strengths-based practice.
You will require SWE registration and a Social Work qualification, with experience in Care Act assessments and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role includes development opportunities and a competitive benefits package.
