What you will do:

Conduct statutory social work functions, including Section 47 investigations and safeguarding adult investigations.

Respond promptly to urgent notifications concerning vulnerable children and adults.

Make critical decisions regarding the placement of children and adults in residential care.

Complete welfare visits and checks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals.

Employ your professional judgement to deliver interventions that balance safety, rights, and risks.

About You:

You are an enthusiastic and reflective social work practitioner with a strong ability to think creatively under pressure. Armed with your Social Work England registration and at least three years of experience in statutory children's social work, you are ready to step into a role where your swift responses can provide a lifeline to those in need.
