Qualifications

• Qualified social worker registered with SWE.
• Strong knowledge of strengths-based approach.
• Understanding of social work issues and statutory duties.
• Commitment to compassion, empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload while supervising Case Workers and Senior Case Workers, and provide practice advice on complex cases.
• Triaging safeguarding referrals and make informed decisions.
• Build positive and professional relationships.
