Tripod Partners in Milton Keynes is seeking a Social Worker to join the MASH Duty Team on the front-door duty basis. This is a non-case holding role focused on responding to referrals, assessing risk and ensuring timely action within agreed timescales.

Rate: £38 per hour. You will review referrals, complete actions within timescales, identify risks, apply safeguarding procedures and contribute to decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Front-door/MASH or safeguarding experience required.
• Experience handling referrals and risk assessment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with parents, carers and professionals
• Identify risk and protective factors
• Assess thresholds using the MK Level of Needs framework
• Apply relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
