Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker
• Current Social Work England registration
• Previous experience in a Duty & Assessment, Referral & Assessment, or Front Door service
• Strong assessment and risk management skills

Responsibilities

• Carrying out timely assessments and interventions
• Completing Child and Family Assessments and responding to referrals
• Managing duty responsibilities and safeguarding concerns
• Conducting Section 47 enquiries where required
• Risk assessment and decision-making
• Multi-agency partnership working
• Progressing cases to the most appropriate service pathway
• Working closely with children, families, and partner agencies
