An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) at Hampshire County Council.
Are you looking for a challenging and diverse role working as part of a friendly and supportive team, with an opportunity to make a real difference?
We are seeking experienced and passionate Social Workers to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub Team , based at Hampshire County Council's frontline contact centre in Fareham. Our MASH Team provides triage and multi-agency assessment of safeguarding concerns. Working closely with the Children Reception Team, we work to protect the most vulnerable children from harm, neglect and abuse.
Using your professional knowledge and experience you'll make assessments and decisions about the most appropriate interventions for families. Applying your significant Social Work experience and excellent communication skills you'll establish and maintain relationships to ensure services meet identified needs.
You'll be committed to facilitating effective multi-agency solutions to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes. Using best practice, you'll strive to provide the best outcomes for children. Most importantly however, you'll have a passion for supporting children and families to ensure that they thrive and flourish.
You must be highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in the MASH process. You will need to be creative, flexible and forward thinking in your approach, whilst constantly striving for continuous improvement toprovide the best outcomes for children. Please note there is no face to face contact with families.
