Social Worker - Leaving Care Team in Ellesmere Port UK earning £37.22 Hourly. Full Time and Ongoing. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a vital role within our Leaving Care Team, part of the Supporting Independence Team situated in our permanency hub. We work with young people aged 15 to 25 across Cheshire West and Chester. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for guiding looked after children through their care planning and developing independent living skills. We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience, alongside expertise in assessment and pathway planning. Knowledge in Dols and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children is a bonus but not essential. Join our reputable team of experienced social workers and supportive Team Managers. Candidates should ideally reside within a reasonable distance from Cheshire West due to the hybrid working model.
