Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in Wales. A Social Work qualification with a minimum of three years post qualified experience is required.

You will develop co-produced care plans, conduct risk assessments with carers, and work to promote independence while safeguarding service users from abuse. The role is in a specialist environment with good transport links. Up to £37.00 per hour umbrella is offered.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Social Work with at least three years' post-qualification experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and engage with service users from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with adults with psychosis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop co-produced care plans for adults with learning disabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments with carers.
• Promote independence and liaise with local services to safeguard service users.
