Job summary
Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in the Berkshire area. You will undertake assessments, reviews, and support planning to empower individuals and support carers to live independently.
The role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience, plus a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Hybrid working with two office days per week is available.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Adult's Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in the Berkshire area.
To enable people to live safely in the community, maximising their strengths and abilities to live as independently as they can, and supporting carers to continue in their caring role as long as they wish to and are able to. Undertaking assessments, reviews and support planning with individuals and their carers, promoting well-being and independence.
Essential to have previous experience in Adult Social Work. Social Workers must hold a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and have a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.
- £38.00 Per Hour Umbrella (PAYE payment options available also)
