Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in the Berkshire area. The role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of three years post-qualifying experience within a English local authority.

Hybrid working with two days in the office per week is offered. The successful candidate will undertake assessments, reviews and support planning to enable individuals to live safely in the community, promoting independence

Qualifikationen

• Essential to have previous experience in Adult Social Work.
• Social Workers must hold a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• Minimum of three years post-qualifying experience.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

We are looking for an experienced Adult's Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in the Berkshire area.

About the Team

To enable people to live safely in the community, maximising their strengths and abilities to live as independently as they can, and supporting carers to continue in their caring role as long as they wish to and are able to. Undertaking assessments, reviews and support planning with individuals and their carers, promoting well-being and independence.

About you
