Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is recruiting for an Adult Social Worker, Care & Support (37 hours) within the Social Services group. The role has two grades (11 and 12) with progression tied to post-qualifying experience and registration with Social Care Wales.

The main base is Ty Elai, Williamstown, with agile working requirements. We offer a strong management team support, an in-house Learning and Development Centre, and a reward package including flexible working and cycle-to-work

Qualificações

• Professional recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales on appointment.
• Commitment to anti-oppressive practice and ability to manage a defined caseload.
