Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a part-time social worker for the East Learning Disability Partnership. The role is 23 hours per week, hybrid with up to three office days after induction, and involves social care and Mental Capacity Act assessments, safeguarding, and care planning for adults and their informal carers.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team under the Transforming Lives approach, with registration and an enhanced DBS check required before appointment.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with Social Work England registration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out social care assessments.

Permanent part-time social work post in the East Learning Disability Partnership team, covering 23 hours a week.
