Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in Duty, Assessment, Front Door or Referral & Assessment.
• Experience conducting Section 17 and Section 47 assessments within statutory timescales.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Child and Family Assessments and Section 47 enquiries within timescales.
• Manage a complex caseload, assess risk and identify interventions to safeguard children.
• Develop outcome-focused plans in partnership with children, families and carers.
• Lead strategy discussions, child protection conferences, core groups and multi-agency meetings.
