Sheldon Phillips Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Assessment Team on a locum basis. You will manage a caseload within Children’s Services and contribute to safeguarding and assessment processes.

The role is office-based three days per week, with an emphasis on completing initial and strategy-led assessments, Section 47s and 17 inquiries, and collaborating with partners to ensure timely decisions.

Formación

• Must have Social Work qualification.
• Must be registered with Social Work England.
• Enhanced DBS (provided by us).

Social Worker – Assessment Team – Stoke on Trent

Location: Stoke on Trent

Pay/Salary: £33.30 per hour

Office Working: 3 Days per week

Contract: Locum

We are currently working with Stoke Council to find an experienced Social Worker for their Assessment team in Children’s Services. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Stoke are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to pick up a caseload and support their service.
