Job Description:

We are recruiting a Social Worker to support Deaf people in Lancashire as part of the Adult Services Sensory Team. The role involves working countywide, conducting assessments, sourcing support, and aiding discharge planning. Candidates should be qualified with Social Work England registration; BSL qualification is preferred but not essential if there's relevant experience. We offer development opportunities including Approved Mental Health Professional Training.

  • Work primarily with the Deaf Community

  • Source and commission support services
  • Support discharge planning
