Social Worker – Fostering Team, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 2L, £45 per hour hourly, Ongoing.

– Conduct assessments as part of the fostering approval process and provide comprehensive support to foster carers
– Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in care
– Develop and implement care plans in line with legal and procedural requirements
– Engage in supervision and continuous professional development to enhance practice
– Monitor and review placements to maintain quality and safeguarding standards
